Our Process of Work
Collection
We collect animal by-products directly from abattoirs and food manufacturers on a scheduled basis — handling logistics so you don't have to.
Testing
Every batch is quality-tested for protein content, moisture, and microbial safety before release. Certificates of Analysis and Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
Processing
Raw material is received at our Breswol facility and processed through controlled rendering — grinding, heating, and separating fat from protein to produce clean, dry meal and rendered fat.
Dispatch
Finished products are packaged to specification — bulk 1,000 kg bags or 50 kg bags — and dispatched via our delivery network across the Free State, Gauteng, and beyond.

As a registered rendering plant and RSA Renderers (NPO) member, we operate in full compliance with Act 36 of 1947 and all applicable South African food safety and environmental regulations. Compliance documentation provided on request.
